Notes: when choosing a transporter that is not included in the designated transporter list, the exhibitors shall assume all the risks and responsibilities; the sponsors and the designated transporter have no liabilities for any issues (such as the extra costs required by the custom declaration) arising from the from the customs clearance. Additionally, the name, address, fax number, person-to-contact and detailed transporting documents shall be offered to the designated transporter for the record.
