2017 China (Hunan) International Rail Transit Industry Exposition and Summit, sponsored by China Railway Society, Hunan Sub-council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Changsha Municipal People’s Government along with CRRC were successfully held at Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center Oct 24th - 27th , 2017.

        The Expo had the honor to invite leaders from national ministries and societies, provincial and municipal governments, ambassadors and business delegations from more than 30 countries, industrial authoritative academicians and representatives. 

        The theme of 2018 Expo was set as “Rail transit changes the world”. The latest technology, products and achievements in the rail transit industry were showcased by more than 192 domestic and overseas exhibitors including CRRC, CRSC, CRCC, Deutsche Bahn and Transdev at the Expo covering an area of 45,000 sqm. The domestic exhibitors of the Expo accounts for 85.9% of the total number while the 27 overseas exhibitors makes up 14.1%. During the three days of the Expo the number of professional audience reached 22,000, creating almost 100 million RMB of potential cooperation amount.  

        The Expo was also equipped with 14 concurrent events such as Rail Transit Industry Development Lecture, Urban Rail Transit Development Mode Forum, Belt and Road Rail Transit International Cooperation Round Table Meeting, Large Track Maintenance Machinery Quality Security symposium etc. aiming to provide a platform for product and technology exchange among domestic and overseas industrial enterprises.

        The expo was reported by more than 40 mainstreaming media including CCTV, People’s Daily, Guang Ming Daily, China Daily, Hunan Daily and more than 10 industrial media, having a great impact at home and abroad.
